These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PostClip (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
PostClip helps creators turn long-form audio and video into short clips, captions, blog drafts, and related outputs. The Service is provided by PostClip ("we", "us", "our").
2. Accounts
You may use the Service anonymously with the limits described on the pricing page, or create an account for higher limits and kit history. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- process content you do not have the right to use;
- attempt to bypass usage limits, billing, or other access controls;
- disrupt, attack, or attempt to access non-public parts of the Service;
- use the Service to generate misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content.
4. Subscription and billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel any time via the Customer Portal in your settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods. Prices may change with notice; existing subscriptions continue at their current price through the end of the active period.
5. Free tier
The free tier is limited to 3 content kits per visitor or account. Limits and features may change over time.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to source material you submit and to outputs you generate. You grant us a limited licence to process and store that content solely to provide the Service.
7. Service availability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Third-party dependencies (such as YouTube downloaders) may affect availability of specific source types.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostClip is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may terminate by deleting your account and cancelling any active subscription.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you another forum.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
